晚上新增文章都會出現500 Internal Server Error

之前有印象MT文章量超過200篇會有lag的情況
我最近這兩天要登入mt的時候有時也會出現500 Internal Server Error，但重新整理後又好了，不知是什麼問題..

剛剛問了專家友人，他說很有可能是主機太忙碌的原因
會出現500代號是因為server那裡有問題
不會是自己程式上的問題嚕
可是是我大都是晚上11點左右新增
剛好那個時候是server最忙的時候
